Meeting every Wednesday, 6:45 am in the Notehelfer Room. Our study is "How Well do We KNOW Our God?" (a study in the character of our God) In a day when profession of God is so easy to come by, one can ask the question, is my God really the God of the Bible? In this Theology 101 study we will be examining what Scripture says about the God whom we profess to love. This is a God that is not like us in so many ways, yet can be so personal and alive in our lives. Come join us for this study and explore the God of Scripture. As always, you can ask any question at any time and anyone is welcome to attend. Theology 101 is a safe atmosphere to grow in your understanding of Scripture, and we study Scripture in order to grow in our love for our God and to live for him a in greater way.

Thu 5/22: Pryme Tymers
Our study is a DVD series: "Faith Lessons in the Dust of The Rabbi, becoming a disciple" with Ray VanderLaan. Filmned in Israel and Turkey, volume six of the Faith Lessons series takes you on a journey to the ancient world of Jesus and His disciples. Ray Vander Laan opens your eyes to the land and culture in which the disciples learned to follow Jesus, their Rabbi, so closely that they were covered by the dust kicked up by His feet! By following in their footsteps, you'll gain a deeper understanding of the heart and life of a Christian disciple. You'll see for yourself the consuming passion that directs the steps of every true disciple of Jesus - to love and obey the Messiah with all one's heart, soul, and might.
